The ASTP/ONC EHIgnite Challenge

Nearly 100 teams answered the call. Nine were chosen.

HHS challenged innovators nationwide to tame the single-patient EHI export, often hundreds of pages long and nearly impossible to use. Submissions faced rigorous evaluation by a multidisciplinary expert panel and internal ONC review.

Phase 1 named HealthLink360 a winner.

Phase 2 is where we prove it: turning this record into completed preventive action for the patients, care teams, and community health workers still stuck doing this work by hand.
